Our customer’s needs are identified following an on-site assessment, discussions around exact requirements and submission of an AutoCAD plan on request.
Following a comprehensive needs analysis and agreement by our customer, the project is then placed in the hands of our expert procurement team, who source the best product, as competitively as possible, while ensuring that both your budget and deadlines are met.
Our warehouse incorporates a full-service workshop which houses our expert Maintenance & Technical team. This experienced team is responsible for on-site installations and training, maintenance, as well as facilitating general training sessions at Ascot head office on a regular basis. We have signed a number of long term “preventative maintenance” contracts with key customers lately as an extension of our value adding service.
Our warehousing facility, situated near OR Tambo International Airport, is large enough to hold stock of imported products and adequately equipped to handle vehicles of all sized from which we dispatch up to 12 containers daily. We utilise our own fleet of delivery vehicles as well as accredited National Carriers to ensure that we constantly meet and exceed our customers expectations.
Ascot is registered as an importer and exporter for SADC. We can supply these SADC certificates to export goods which are manufactured in South Africa.
SADC certificates are of great advantage to our cross-border customers, as there is little, or no import duty charged on cargo accompanied with a
SADC certificate.
Countries that accept SADC certificates include - Angola, Democratic Republic of Congo, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Seychelles, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. Botswana, Namibia, Lesotho and Swaziland form an additional customs union – the South African Customs Union (SACU)
